“Digital Assets / Cryptocurrencies” refer to blockchain-based assets including but not limited to cryptocurrencies and tokens.
2.1. The Platform is strictly available to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older.
2.2. By registering, the User confirms they possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
2.3. Users must provide valid and verifiable government-issued identification documents upon request.
2.4. The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
3.1. Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) account on the Platform.
3.2. Account sharing, proxy usage, or operating an account on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Users may not invest, trade, or manage funds on behalf of third parties.
3.4. Any attempt to create duplicate or fraudulent accounts shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.
4.1. Users may create multiple crypto trades or investment positions using their registered account.
4.2. All trading and investment decisions are made solely at the User’s discretion and risk.
4.3. Once an investment or trade has been executed, it may not be reversed or cancelled, except where expressly permitted by the Platform.
4.4. Returns, profits, or losses are subject to market volatility, liquidity, and blockchain network conditions.
5.1. Participation in the referral program is highly encouraged but not a requirement for Platform usage.
5.2. Referral commissions are calculated on actual investment amounts as follows:
Level 1: 12%
Level 2: 4%
Level 3: 3%
Level 4: 2%
Level 5: 1%
5.3. Self-referrals, circular referrals, or artificial referral structures are strictly prohibited.
5.4. The Company reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or recover referral bonuses obtained through manipulation or abuse.
6.1. All deposits and withdrawals must originate from wallets or payment accounts owned by the registered User.
6.2. Withdrawal requests are subject to internal verification, compliance checks, and security reviews.
6.3. Processing timelines may vary due to blockchain congestion, third-party service providers, or compliance requirements.
6.4. The Company may delay or decline transactions where suspicious or unlawful activity is suspected.
Users shall not:
Provide false or misleading information
Use stolen or forged identification documents
Manipulate trades, referrals, or platform systems
Engage in money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity
Attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities
Any such conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
8.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without prior notice where violations occur.
8.2. Funds or earnings derived from policy violations may be frozen or forfeited.
8.3. Termination decisions made by the Company are final.
9.1. Cryptocurrency trading and investment involve significant financial risk and high volatility.
9.2. The value of digital assets may fluctuate rapidly and may result in partial or total loss of invested funds.

9.4. Users are advised to invest only funds they can afford to lose.

11.1. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations applicable to cryptocurrency use in their jurisdiction.
11.2. The Platform does not guarantee legality of crypto trading in all countries.
12.1. The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.
12.2. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By creating an account and using the Platform, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
